Family-run Caribbean bakery on Nostrand Avenue, started by Allan and Gloria Smith selling bread from a station wagon around 1960 and at this spot since 1967. Known for hard dough bread, currant rolls, beef and saltfish patties, and rum-soaked black cake at the holidays.
