Caribbean Heritage Month Events in NYC

June — Caribbean American Heritage Month, every NYC celebration

June is our time to shine, and NYC knows how to celebrate Caribbean American Heritage Month right. From Crown Heights to Flatbush, the Bronx to Queens, our communities come alive with the sounds of soca, calypso, and dancehall spilling out of every corner. This is when the whole city gets a taste of what we bring to the table year-round—the festivals, the food, the music that makes New York feel like home for so many of us.

We're updating this list every week throughout June because these events move fast and change quick. Always call ahead or check social media before you head out—you know how Caribbean time works, and sometimes venues switch up last minute. These celebrations are community-driven, so show up with respect and ready to have a good time.
