A free family festival celebrating Caribbean American Heritage Month on the plaza of the Brooklyn Public Library. Expect the Tropicalfete Steel Pan Ensemble, stilt walkers, drumming, fire-eating, and the Ole Mas theatrical tradition of Trinidad-style carnival. Held annually on a Sunday in late June.
