Williamsburg Caribbean restaurant opened in 2020 by Jamaican-born Kevol Graham and Ria Graham, who has Trinidadian and Grenadian roots. Jerk chicken, oxtail flatbread and plantain pancakes at brunch, in a tropical room with a foliage mural and gold bamboo bar.
